I had a great experience at the hotel, and I want to especially thank Nuraiym for her wonderful help. She was extremely friendly, professional, and attentive. “Wouldn’t recommend”
Decent hotel, decent rooms. But categorically not a 5* by any means. Biggest problem was the food, no kids food. Snack bar open for max 5 hours is not good, food from snack bar was cold 95% of the time and sometimes didn’t have certain foods which was weird. Restaurant food Basic stuff like ri… more

“I do not recommend”
neither the reception nor the customer service department responds to complaints about noise in the next room. We were told that we can't do anything because they are our guests.
