“Amazing hotel”

This hotel is brilliant, the rooms are nice, the food is great, the facilities are immense. We had a great week at this hotel, we travelled with another couple and there was plenty to do, they held a darts competition every day, a different water activity on everyday, plenty bars, a couple pool tables etc. The food at this hotel is probably the best you’ll have at any all inclusive. We were blown away at how good the buffet food was, we didn’t even go to any of the al a carte restaurants. The street food vans are amazing, there’s probably about 8 and we tried most of them. The only down side I would mention is the flies around that area because it is outside and they all swarm it. We took our food back to our sunbeds so we could eat without having to worry about flies everywhere. The coffee shop is good, they can make pretty much anything you want. The ice cream from the ice cream parlour is incredible, I’d go as far to say that it was probably the best ice cream I’ve had in my life, that was an everyday visit. The activities at the hotel are extensive, there’s a water sports area down on the beach where you can rent jet skis, go on boat trips, parasailing etc. We got jet skis for a decent price and I would recommend it highly, especially with the mountainous background it’s beautiful. The drinks are good and they do have genuine alcohol but we would stick to Malibu for most afternoons, and the bottle that came from definitely wasn’t original although it was still nice. The annoying thing is that they don’t measure the alcohol, so you could get a cocktail that tastes incredible first time round but then when you go to get another one it’s too strong to drink. There were multiple times where I had to tip away or leave a drink because it was way too strong. The biggest downfall I would say are some of the personalities at the hotel. We had some photos taken by the photographer, and afterwards when we were discussing what photos we wanted printing and everything and we came to pay, the guy that works at the photography booth asked for more money for cigarettes, and told us how much to give him which we found extremely cheeky and quite rude. We would have been happy to tip if everything was okay but when it came to it, we had to go back to the photography booth 3 times because he said they’re not ready yet, and every time we went was because he told us to be there at that time, then they’d accidentally missed out one of the photos that we asked to be printed, luckily my partner caught that. Also there were a couple of girls working the bar, while we were waiting for our drinks, one of them came to speak to her colleague making our drinks and she said something in another language to her colleague with a somewhat disgusted look on her face and side eyed us and nodded her head towards us to which then the other girl looked over and gave us an eye up and down then laugh with her colleague which we found funny at the time but then a few minutes after felt quite disrespected, they didn’t try to hide the fact they were talking about us so blatantly and I don’t think this is acceptable.

2nd visit to this beautifully run spotlessly clean hotel in a great location with stunning views. Great choice of bars and food options. Lunch at the food trucks is my favourite especially visiting My Meat. Amazing staff with attention to detail. Alp the GM runs a fantastic team ensuring you the best stay. Big up to MetinYvcel, who runs My Meat food truck - always the best food and longest queues but well worth it.
