Serhat is a typical Turk, with a sweet talk, a flatterer and if you don't get the message, he gets offended. The massage was supposed to relieve and relax, but under Misha's hand I just screamed, supposedly he opened the triggers, after the massage I felt like I had been beaten, my calves were in spasm and my temples were painful to touch. The water in the spa's hot water pool was so grey that you couldn't see your toes or your middle when you looked down. The locker locks didn't lock the lockers. The hammam towels were split and torn. The beach chairs were uncomfortable and sunken. The entertainment program was very practical, Mot and Murat and the fitness girl were very nice, respectful and pleasant people. Food: the only meal I could be satisfied with was breakfast, although it could have been more diverse, the fruit selection was very monotonous and monotonous, orange, tangerine and apple, banana or grapefruit every other day. Every other day you could choose between turkey steak and chicken butterfly. A couple of soups tasted very good, and mushroom pasta, but that's the only positive thing about the whole thing. The fresh vegetable selection was also poor. The crispy chicken served on the beach was raw and bloody, the chicken sauce contained small bones. Finally, I got food poisoning. The equipment in the gym was pretty useless, I only used dumbbells because the other paraphernalia didn't stand up to criticism. Of course, it wasn't all a disaster, because I create my own vacation. The price we paid to get separate standard rooms was an obvious exaggeration, because this hotel is not worth that price.

We stayed at this hotel from April 11th to April 18th. The room was a bit dated, but it was always clean. The biggest downside was the bed – it was very hard and uncomfortable, and I woke up every morning with significant back pain. On a positive note, the housekeeper was incredibly kind and even hugged us goodbye, wishing us a safe journey, which was a very nice personal touch. The food was tasty, but there was a lack of variety. Alcoholic drinks were strong and enjoyable. We also really liked the separate “Kingdom of Sea” area across the street – it was spacious and relaxing. However, the beach area was under construction, and there were no shaded sunbeds like shown in the photos, which was disappointing. I had several massages at the spa, and all of them were very good and relaxing. Unfortunately, the spa experience was negatively affected by the receptionist’s attitude. When I had questions about changing the type of massages, she was clearly rolling her eyes and speaking about me with other staff, which made me feel very uncomfortable. The worst experience, however, was with the spa promotion staff member, who made inappropriate comments about my friend’s body. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Because of these experiences, especially with the spa staff, I would not return to this hotel.
