We stayed at NG Phaselis Bay as a family of 2 adults and 3 children, and our experience was truly outstanding from beginning to end. The hospitality and service were excellent throughout the entire resort. From the reception team to the restaurant staff, bars, pools, and all guest areas, every employee was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Our room was spacious, comfortable, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything a family could need. No detail was overlooked, and it perfectly met all of our expectations. The main restaurant deserves special recognition. The quality and variety of the food were exceptional. What makes this resort stand out even more is the closed-buffet concept, with dedicated staff serving guests. This elevates both the service standards and food quality to another level compared to traditional buffet restaurants. The beverage selection was equally impressive. All alcoholic beverages, beers, and spirits were authentic premium brands. Cocktails, long drinks, soft drinks, and every beverage were prepared and presented with great attention to quality and detail. Premium ice cream brands were also available throughout the resort. One detail that particularly impressed us was that water was served exclusively in glass bottles. It may seem small, but it reflects the resort’s commitment to quality, sustainability, and luxury. The beautiful greenery throughout the property creates a peaceful atmosphere and provides true relaxation for both mind and soul. The natural setting is simply stunning. NG Phaselis Bay is a valuable asset to tourism in the Kemer region and sets a benchmark for luxury family holidays. Without hesitation, this is a resort I would choose again and again. The hotel is located in a stunning setting between the mountains and the sea, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the beach and pools were excellent, and the food was outstanding with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every day. What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the NGuide team, the reception staff, restaurant employees, and everyone who worked hard to make our stay enjoyable. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests were evident throughout our holiday. We especially appreciated the support and communication provided during our stay, as well as the efforts made to ensure our comfort until the day of departure. Small gestures and attentive service made a big difference and were greatly appreciated. NG Phaselis Bay remains one of our favorite hotels in Turkey, and despite a few minor issues, we left with many wonderful memories. We would be happy to return in the future and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing holiday. Very luxurious hotel that is well catered for families. Rooms lovely and clean, huge food selection, hotel and grounds amazing, kids club was impressive and the staff were brilliant. Special shout out to the beach manager Cadgas who could not have been more accommodating, friendly and do enough for you! He’s a huge asset to the hotel. Also to llke at breakfast and lunch. All staff encountered were lovely.

“Beautiful location, lacking international atmosphere”

We stayed at NG Phaselis Bay for eight nights. Our feelings about the resort are mixed; while there were some excellent aspects, we would not return. On the positive side, we loved the location—the bay is stunning with crystal-clear water. The amenities were also good, featuring spacious, modern, and well-equipped rooms, clean beaches, and attentive service. The staff members we interacted with were friendly and warm. However, there are significant drawbacks. As guests from Germany, I would not recommend this resort to my European friends or colleagues. The entire atmosphere and programming are heavily centered around Russian culture and guests, who make up the vast majority of the clientele. Throughout our stay, staff consistently approached us in Russian language by default, and the live music—while good—performed much more often in Russian rather than Turkish or international language. One more small issue was with our room. Before checking-in we pointed out to our host that we would like a room with a beautiful view from the balcony. He insisted that it was “his favorite room”, so we trusted. But when arrived ( using 3 different elevators ), we noticed that the room had a very poor location and the view obstructed by the walls and roofs from both sides. We asked the host and reception to change our room right away. And somehow very quickly they found a different room in the same category ( superior sea view ) with a nice view to the forest, sea and adult pool. The issue was solved very quickly, but it left unpleasant feeling. Why to try us in the first place with “my favorite room” in the hope we settle for it? We let our host know right away that the room is important for us and we’re experienced travelers. Furthermore, while the buffet offers a massive variety of food, the quality of the meat and seafood preparation was quite low. If you prioritize high-quality over quantity dining and an international atmosphere, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
