Honest review from a Mum.of two children aged 14 and 10. Flew with Jet2 from Birmingham to Antalya. Room - we had a split level room (I believe it was actually two rooms at one time, both had its own bathroom and individual mini bar. We had complimentary slippers and bathrobes which was lovely. Mini bar was free and stocked each day with water, soft drinks, beer, pretzels and a wafer bar. We had a huge king size bed which was lovely and comfortable and the children had two pull out beds. For a five star hotel it would have been nice for them to have a proper bed each. Hotel and grounds - just beautiful. The grounds are kept immaculate, staff constantly tidying, gardening, cleaning. Pools - we used the Splash park every day which was brilliant. If you wanted a quieter pool you could use the couple of pools which had less people around them. The main pool is where the entertainment team is.... Many pools to choose from to suit what you want out of a holiday. Beach - beautiful beach. The beds on the pier with the bar is free to use and you can jump into the sea from the pier. There is a VIP area where you can pay to use the beds with the fancy curtains but as a family we would move around the hotel each day so not worth it for us. Food - the main restaurant has everything you could want.... The staff in there do their best to serve you drinks etc but I found myself going to the bar on a few occasions to get my own drink. This didn't bother me at all. The staff were friendly. For breakfast I recommend the fresh honeycomb honey with cream and your choice of bread.... Beautiful!! There are many other options other than the buffet restaurant, the Splash park restaurant is lovely where you can choose your food from a menu. We ate here a number of times. There are many street food eateries which smelt amazing. My children loved the ice cream and waffle shop... Waffles were amazing with fruit, nuts and ice cream. The patisserie was wonderful serving fresh coffee (Costa style) and sandwiches and cakes. We also ate at the a la carte Italian restaurant which was lovely. The lobby bar is just perfect for a Pina colada and a game of cards in the evening. We didn't watch the entertainment as much as we normally would due to my children enjoying the mocktails and playing cards in the lobby but from what I saw of the entertainment it looked good. The guest relations team were very helpful especially Elfa.. she was extremely helpful. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is clear that the management and staff are making efforts to provide high standards to their guests. The grounds were amazing and the mountains behind the hotel provided a beautiful backdrop.
