Just returned from a week stay. Overall it was a good stay, the food was good and a great variety. Rooms were a great size but showing some ageing. Just returned from a week stay. Overall it was a good stay, the food was good and a great variety. Rooms were a great size but showing some ageing. We were offered an upgrade to pool view at check in at the cost of 140 euros. I feel like booking this room type in the first place should be an option. Pools great and plenty of loungers. The thing that let this hotel down was the quality of drinks and entertainment. There were a great variety of drinks but it was a shame they did not taste good. There was no entertainment after 9.30. Very poor. Also we were awakened at 4.30am every morning to morning prayers very loud. The hotel is also very catered towards german speaking. We would not return unfortunately.

There is definitely room for improvement in this hotel. Three days before we arrived the hotel changed the limits,on the slides, from 120kg to 90kg. There is definitely room for improvement in this hotel. Three days before we arrived the hotel changed the limits,on the slides, from 120kg to 90kg. Some people were being weigh and not allowed on the slides. There was uproar from people being refused and humiliated as not everyone was being weighed. After three days of complaints to the hotel and jet2 rep the hotel reversed the decision but have been trying to pretend it never happened, even though photo evidence was posted online. It did put a damper on half of our holiday. The water slide rings are rubbish. Deflating as you use them and there are not enough. They are all patched up and still deflate. Very uncomfortable. You have to queue and wait for someone to come down the slide and it gets taken from you. Then you take it to get pumped up so it can be used again. Absolute joke and not worth the aggro or chance of injury.Just buy some more.Whoever designed the pool area is an idiot. The tiles are lethal when wet. I lost count of how many people were slipping or falling. Really dangerous. There is a large pool snack/ restaurant open during the day, as well as the main restaurant. It closes at 5.30pm so in the evening the main restaurant is chaos. No tables & service is very slow & then they ask you for a tip. What for? Getting my own cutlery, drinks & stacking the dirty plates. Food in main restaurant is cold/warm, at best. Had an egg straight from the griddle and the yolk was cold. On our last day we got to go into the restaurant early, because we were getting picked up, and realised why the food was always cold. It is out on display at least an hour before the restaurant opens & stacked too high to ever be hot. Freshly squeezed juice in restaurant was 2 euro but by the end of the week had gone up to 3 euro. Mini disco at 8.15pm then a show at 9pm until 9.30pm, and that's it, unless you want disco music at one of the bars. Evening entertainment consists of karaoke and dance shows. Very boring and they all dance to a lot of the same music tracks. They did try and sell us some overpriced bingo tickets too. Foam party was the best fun.I expected better from a supposedly 5 star hotel. Bring some card games. My grandson went to the kids club three mornings, for 2 hours. Advertised as free but it wasn't really. 20 euro for a  t-shirt we didn't order. 12 euro for a sand painting. Rip off. The hotel is very nice and clean. Rooms are a decent size & beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was excellent. Cocktails were excellent at the inside bar. Ice creams & waffles were also nice. Overall we had a nice holiday but I wouldn't return to this overpriced hotel.

We chose this resort for a relaxing family getaway, but it felt more like a stressful marketplace. The entire point of an all-inclusive hotel is to leave your wallet in the room, but here, you are constantly pressured to spend cash. Inside the hotel premises, there are vendors selling popcorn, cotton candy, and toys. Unbelievably, the hotel even charges extra for regular orange juice in the restaurant. This cash-grabbing attitude extended to the kids' club, where they charge extra for handwork and crafts. If you don't have cash on hand—which no one expects to carry at an all-inclusive—your kids end up disappointed and crying. It ruins the mood completely. The beach was no better and felt like a chaotic public beach. It was flooded with aggressive street vendors selling fruit, perfume, and those annoying toys that make loud bird sounds right next to your sunlounger. At night, there is no escape. The music blasts at a massive volume until 10:30 PM, and because the room doors and walls have zero sound isolation, it literally feels like you are sitting inside the concert. To top it off, the alcoholic drinks at the bars are of exceptionally low quality, tasting like they are heavily watered down to almost 1% alcohol. This is not how a hospitality resort should treat its guests. Avoid if you want a relaxing vacation.
