Well again we are at this fabulous hotel for our 10th visit and we must say so far this holiday is excellent from the accommodation to the food there’s something great for everyone we are staying in the villas again which are beautiful we still have another week to go but would like to mention a few things , massage was awesome and a must to try al acarte restaurant are again very good however the curio is a little expensive but very nice . This year we have noticed quite a few changes around the whole hotel and we think this is very good . Just like to mention a few names so far this holiday who again go out of their way to make things better , nizam and lutfi at the villas bar , Ayse and the ladies at house keeping always keeping the rooms and area very clean , one example it was our 28th wedding anniversary Saturday 13th we told one of the managers his name is Muhittin and to our surprise when we went to lunch there was a special table all set up for us so I would like to thank him for this very much appreciated. We have already booked to come back next year 2027 so we have a few days left to enjoy the rest of our holiday but thanks again management and paloma hotels

We’ve just returned from an incredible stay at Paloma Oceana and can honestly say it’s one of the best all-inclusive holidays we’ve experienced. We travelled as a family with our 2-year-old son, and from start to finish everything exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely outstanding. All three à la carte restaurants were beautiful, and the buffet was exceptional with so much variety and quality. We never once felt the need to eat out, which is unheard of for us as we usually get bored of hotel food after a few days. One feature we particularly loved was the lunchtime dining. Both the beach bar and pizzeria offered table service, which really elevated the all-inclusive experience and made meal times so much more relaxing. The food was excellent, the pizzas were absolutely delicious, and the chef at the beach bar always looked after us so well. Having freshly prepared food brought to your table rather than queuing at a buffet felt like a real luxury and was something we haven’t experienced at many all-inclusive resorts. The pool area was fantastic—immaculately clean, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available no matter what time we arrived, often in prime locations too. We stayed in a Main Building Pool View Double Room and were extremely happy with it. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could ask for during your stay. Another great touch was the complimentary minibar, which was restocked daily with water, soft drinks and beers. It was one of those little extras that really enhanced the all-inclusive experience. The children’s facilities were also brilliant and were a huge part of why our son enjoyed the holiday so much. The water slides were a massive hit, and we loved that he was allowed to go down on our knee so he could safely enjoy them despite only being two years old. There was also a small soft play area with a mini trampoline, slide, ball pit and plastic playhouses, which was absolutely perfect for his age. In addition, there was an indoor play area with soft mats and plenty of toys, as well as a fantastic outdoor playground that became one of our son’s favourite places to visit in the evenings. Everything was kept immaculately clean and very well maintained. There always seemed to be entertainment staff nearby keeping an eye on things and making sure the facilities were well looked after, which gave us real peace of mind as parents. The staff throughout the hotel were amazing, but there were a few who really made our holiday special. One waiter noticed that our son loves strawberries and, despite them not being available on the buffet, made it his mission to bring him some most evenings after he had asked for them a few days into the holiday. Such a thoughtful gesture that meant so much to us. We also want to thank the wonderful flatbread ladies, who made us a delicious chocolate flatbread every day. They were always so friendly with our little boy, taking time to chat with him and admire his toy cars (he’s completely car obsessed!). Their kindness and warmth never went unnoticed. Another huge plus was the patisserie, which stayed open until midnight serving cakes and sandwiches. It was perfect for a late-night snack and even saved us spending a small fortune on food at Antalya Airport before our flight home! No matter what time of day it was, there was always somewhere open serving food, which was fantastic. The location couldn’t be better. You’re right in the middle of the shops, bars and restaurants, making it perfect for an evening stroll outside the hotel while still enjoying all the facilities of the resort. We have never returned to the same hotel twice, but Paloma Oceana may well be the exception. We’ll definitely be looking at booking again next year. A huge thank you to all of the staff for making our family holiday so special. From the exceptional food and facilities to the genuine kindness shown to our little boy, every detail made us feel welcome. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to hopefully returning next year.

“Fantastic stay”

First time staying at this hotel and in turkey. Overall the experience was fab the hotel is lovely, the grounds, the food, the rooms, and especially the staff they were so friendly with our daughter making her laugh. First time staying at this hotel and in turkey. Overall the experience was fab the hotel is lovely, the grounds, the food, the rooms, and especially the staff they were so friendly with our daughter making her laugh. I’ve never stayed in a 5 star before and I can definitely see why people come back. The pools are amazing, the beach, and the facilities, we also enjoyed a photoshoot here. Side is a lovely town 10 mins on the bus, the local town is also nice for a bumble if you need anything however I found side the best. Bus stop right outside hotel, supermarket too just a very good location, nothing is too much trouble either from the staff If I had to say something negative the bottle openers in the room are rubbish, and the rooms can be abit noisy, also sunbeds fill up fast but this wouldn’t put us of coming again. Already looking at returning, what more could you want.
