I will start with the negatives that are not really negatives, just slight improvements. One being booked as a family, same booking and emailed to ask for rooms next to each other or close. We booked months in advanced, made up some excuses, I have previously worked in hotel industry to know that it might be awkward but it is doable. If I had only just booked, I would understand. Staying with the rooms, aircon is a bit hit and miss. I had a room at the side, over looking the delivery area, the balcony was narrow and long, could not enjoy sitting on balcony. The hair dryer is a bit rubbish, Id recommend bringing you own. There is so much to do, you do not need to stay in your room for long. Just the 3 S's. The kids buffet is good, it contains same food for kids to eat, lower for them to pick, would be good to see some different foods for them each night as well to try. It would have been nice if restaurant opened until 10pm instead of 9pm, sometimes you do not want to leave pools or beach early. Getting drinks at dinner was a bit slow. Same at breakfast, at least at breakfast you could get your own coffee, juice etc. Italian night was beautiful, I could have eaten everything over and over. I would also highly recommend the Steak al carte, It was beautiful and good service as well. The rooftop bar was nice, a little bit warmer than everywhere else. There are plenty of snacks to get as well, I love guy on a bike coming around with ice cream, all day. The beach bar is good for snacks and drinks. The guy bringing the drinks was so good, works so hard, always friendly. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. The cocktail bar was good, even the Pina Colada, I am usually fussy with my pina. I made my way through the list, highly recommend them all. The only thing I did not like about bars was for the kids, the bars are quite high, my children wanted to order themselves, its hard for them to be noticed, bar staff were good when they did see them. I saw other small children trying to order, so like a lower part for kids to order or like a raised platform area could help them. The beach to sea is stoney but it is very soft, not really needing beach shoes, however I would highly recommend beach shoes, as the sand and walk way will burn your skin off, the downside of a beautifully hot country. I would also like to thank Mehmet from the lobby bar, he was very good with the kids, and keeping drinks topped up, he was also in restaurant one night and was very good in there as well. I also enjoyed you could take kids to and from kids club any time, as by time they were up and had breakfast was almost 1030am before we got out. The kids loved it, wanted to be there all the time. They also loved the water slides and pools. The funfair. Was not enough hours in the day. There was plenty of sunbeds still. Not that I had time to sit still. The hotel didn't ever feel busy even though it was fully booked, there was so much space. Enjoyed foam party and bouncy castles. I really love cats, it was beautiful seeing them all around as well I would happily stay here again.

We choose this hotel after reading lots of reviews. It’s also close to the airport which is much needed after travelling with small children and getting to the airport and then the long flight. We choose this hotel after reading lots of reviews. It’s also close to the airport which is much needed after travelling with small children and getting to the airport and then the long flight. The staff work so hard and are friendly. Always someone brining drinks or snacks round and not forgetting the ice creams. Can’t remember his name but the waiter on the beach works so hard, he just does not stop. Want to say a special thank you to Mehmet he was so good with my grandchildren at dinner and at the bar always smiling and just generally being polite and welcoming. My grandchildren especially enjoyed the flatbread with chocolate and the waffles at lunch times. The pools are good, we always managed to find a sunbed even at 9:30, maybe not right by the pool but on the grassed area or the beach. Kids club staff are also a credit to the hotel. My grandchildren loved it, it was a struggle to get them to come and have some family time. We also had a Turkish bath which the granddaughters loved. We had an evening at land of legends, got taxi from reception, all very easy and then picked up and paid once back at the hotel. WiFi good everywhere even down on the beach. Take water shoes as sand and walk ways very hot. Rooms good size for 4 of us, we overlooked the pool with the smaller bridge. My grandson loved the astronaut on the lift, even though we were only on floor 1 we still had to wait for the lift, so he could see the astronaut. Can’t really give negative more things to improve on. Eg rooms next to each other when booking as a family. The air con wasn’t good but reception gave us spare key to keep it on when not in room, which helped a little. But had to go in room to put card in, after maid had been if not they take it. Someone to monitor the kids pools, due to smoking around the pool, and there are smoking signs around. At end of day it’s a kids pool. Also not hotels fault but the amount of children pushing other children over, running up the slides, as no parents supervising. Even when pools being cleaned in evening children running up and down the slides. When attending kids club, could the parents be given a price list of paid activities when dropped off, as the younger ones don’t understand why they can’t do something the others children are. Why is the water in kids pools turned off around midday? This then makes the slides red hot. Not everyone has lunch at same time. The maid was a bit cheeky, saying she won’t be there for 3 days as she was moving house, to then be there the day after. Even with the things to improve on we would still come back.

“Great holiday”

Really enjoyed our holiday . Staff and service was excellent and will definitely be coming back soon . Kids enjoyed the slides and food and drink second to none

We had a wonderful stay at Saturn Palace Resort and were very impressed with everything. The location is beautiful, the room was spacious and lovely, and having a jacuzzi on the balcony was an amazing touch. The housekeeping service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the A La Carte restaurant was a wonderful experience. All the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!☆☆☆☆☆
