Arrived at Venosa Hotel 3rd June 2026. This was my second visit to this hotel,first was June 1st 2025-10 days. My recent visit was also 10 days. This year hotel very quiet also different staff, not the same buzz as last year. Noticed large drinking water bottles replaced with smaller bottles at the fridge by pool bar also did not see any ice-cream coronets this year but not a problem. The mini bar in room replinished every day soft drinks/tea/coffee/ creamer/sugar. Room cleaned every day to a high standard. Delicious food in resturant a fantastic variety on display every day. A mention to the La-Carte cocktail bar staff, lovely cocktails , Fatma/bar staff/Alfanur waiter/Azat bar tender, polite staff. The waitress who served me at dinner time ,knew exactly what drinks i required after asking her once impressive also polite. Mention to T U I rep Beth who come to visit me from her office in hotel also polite. The Animation team go out of there way to be friendly and come to speak to you and they work very hard in that heat. Friendly as usual Reception staff always there to help you when you phone from your room on hotel phone. I tipped all the staff that helped me. Not sure if i will return next year but plenty of time to think about it. There is a bus stop outside hotel past security barrier that will take you in to Altinkum Ataturk Boulvard round trip 80 turkish lira about £1.25p or you the taxi is 20 euro into Altinkum from hotel. The hotel staff have a smile on there face ,which gives you a happy feeling. The UK government put up a list of country`s not to visit this year and one of them was Turkey but no trouble on the Turkish riveria, i think it was north Turkey where the trouble is but did not effect my holiday, as i have been coming to this country for 20 years. “7th Visit to our favourite Place”

My partner and I stayed at venosa from 1st may till 15th may 2026. We arrived early afternoon and were greeted at reception and quickly booked in and shown to our room on the 7th floor. Once bags were dropped off we headed straight downstairs and met our friends Müslim ( palm jewellery) & Serki ( seko) and the went for a walk around the grounds. In the evening we had a knock on our room door & my partner opened it and was greeted by two members of staff and we were given a plate of cookies and bowl of dipping chocolate as a gift from the management as we are returning guests. It was strangely quiet at venosa but it was nice as getting a table at meal times was easy and sun beds were always available. For the first 3 days the weather wasn't great but that soon changed and the weather improved a lot. We spent a lot of time around the hotel and an added bonus was that we were in an end room with a large balcony which had 2 sunbeds so we could sun bathe in private. Alacart was a bit hard too book as it was so quiet and unless 10 or more people booked they couldn't open for alacart, but we did book an Italian and it was so lovely. And we found Hugo ( bar tender) working in the alacart restaurant, we have known Hugo for about a year and he is so lovely and friendly, so was a nice surprise to meet up again. Thank you to Kenan for excellent service at the alacart. Guest relations were super helpful and took out room number and kept us informed when the next available alacart was available and we had mexican. Mexican was nice but the fajitas were too spicy , a few people including my partner couldn't eat them, but other than that the.service by the staff was spot on. Kansu was an excellent waitress and always smiling. We enjoyed a quiet drink in the bistro bar served by Hugo and Yagmur ( Rain), both excellent and making surprise cocktails & both speak excellent English. Thank you both for making our holiday so special, you are both a credit to Venosa. At the lobby bar we met Can Polat, very cheeky and also makes lovely cocktails. A special mention to our TUI rep Beth, thank you for everything, you are a credit to TUI and Venosa, you work so hard. Our room was cleaned every day and the mini fridge replenished most days. Food was of good quality and we always found something to eat. I thought I'd struggle with being on weight loss jabs but there was plenty of salads, chicken and other meats I could enjoy. Beautiful display of cokes and puddings. My partner's favourite was the waffles at breakfast,always freshly cooked. Always got a wave and a smile from Mehmet at the clothes shop. My partner decided he wanted this ears waxed and went to the salon & met Serhat at the hotel and had this done and it was very cheap... Don't think he will be having it done again lol. The onsite Dr allowed me to place my needles in the sharps bin in her office. The cafe/patisserie is a nice place to sit and relax, their hot chocolate was our favourite. Also new this year was slushies at the pool and beach bar, this was my favourite as I couldn't drink alcohol or most soft drinks, that's was down to me being on injections and nothing to do with the hotel. Staying at Venosa is like being with one big family, as we know most of the staff from previous years of staying at Venosa. We enjoyed the sauna ( free of charge), where we met Robbie, greeted with a hug & a chat as always. After the sauna we used the indoor swimming pool, as it was so much warmer than the outdoor pool. Doesn't matter which shop or walking around the hotel we were never pressured into buying anything. Though as always we did buy jewellery from Müslim, and always we were very happy with what we brought, thank you. We will return to Venosa, thank you from the bottoms of our hearts to ALL the staff and your kindness during our stay.

We have just returned from our second stay at Venosa Beach Resort & Spa and had another fantastic holiday. We stayed for nine nights and enjoyed every minute. Having visited last year and loved it, we were excited to return, and the hotel didn’t disappoint. The atmosphere was great, and we had an amazing time from start to finish. A special mention has to go to the animation team, who work incredibly hard and bring so much energy and fun to the resort. There were always plenty of activities going on throughout the day, and their enthusiasm really helped create such a great atmosphere. In particular, we’d like to give a huge shout-out to Mado and Rado. They are such a great duo and were a huge part of what made our holiday so enjoyable. Their energy is amazing, they always took the time to stop for a chat, and they had us laughing every day. They are genuinely hilarious and bring so much fun to everything they do. The evening entertainment was excellent and something we looked forward to every night. Thank you to all the staff for another wonderful stay. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back again next year!

Starting off with the entertainment team, they are probably what made my holiday, they’re all so friendly, and could not do enough for you! Especially (fadia,mado&rado) most lovely team💕 10/10 I Have been to the Venosa a few times now, I can honestly say it’s gone down hill, the staff are lovely but a lot of them look miserable. I came in 2024 twice, and since returning I’ve noticed a lot of staff changes.. ones that really did make the holiday special. the hotel itself is stunning, the views, the grounds are beautiful. The food is where it gets disappointing, don’t get me wrong you won’t go hungry, it is very repetitive but that’s what happens if your there longer than a week I suppose. But would I expect more from a 4*+ hotel? most definitely. The rooms are nice.. again if I’m being fussy I’d expect more for the price you’re paying to stay there. The beds are comfy enough but you’ll probably end up missing your own😭 I stayed from 29th of may until 12th of June, the weather was lovely but the bedding you get is thin and very harsh on your skin (rough material) Overall the holiday was nice, but from a hotel I once loved and wouldn’t need to think twice about returning to.. I may be rethinking somewhere different next year.
