Excellent location and incredible value for money! We had a fantastic experience at this hotel, starting even a few days before our arrival. I ran into an issue, and the team helped me resolve it quickly and with great kindness. We traveled as a family of four (two adults and two older children) and booked two double rooms. While the rooms were on the smaller side, they were equipped with all the necessary amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is perfect. It sits right in the heart of the city, and almost every major attraction was within a 15-minute walk. There is also a metro station located very close to the property, though we didn't end up using public transportation at all because everything was so easily walkable. The breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of options. A wonderful bonus was the complimentary drink corner in the lobby, which offered free wine, beer, and various soft drinks. Above all, the staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing location and excellent value for money. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. From the very beginning, the hotel impressed us with its excellent email communication before our arrival. Every question was answered promptly, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. Our quad room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for four adults. The beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept on, making it easy to get a great night's rest. The hotel also offered several amenities that really stood out for Amsterdam. Having both an elevator and air conditioning was a huge plus, especially during warmer weather. The Wi-Fi was consistently fast and reliable throughout our stay. We loved the location, which made it easy to explore the city. The complimentary drinks in the lobby—including alcoholic beverages—were a thoughtful touch, and we really appreciated being able to store our luggage before the scheduled check-in time. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of tasty options to start the day. The only downside was the lack of privacy in the bathroom. The frosted glass doors for both the shower and toilet didn't provide enough privacy, which was a bit awkward when sharing the room with four adults. Overall, this was an excellent stay with outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful amenities. We'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam.
