“Great customer service and clean hotel”
Great customer service and very clean hotel. we really enjoyed our stay. the room was quite and the location is fantastic. Because of the war we had to cancel one day of our stay - the hotel was fine with it and didn't charge us a penny!

“Great location for sightseeing, right on a busy bustling street, but a quiet sanctuary once you step inside”
Wonderful people at reception. Our room was large and comfortable. I believe we were upgraded. It was on floor one and faced the main street but very sound insulated therefore quiet. Nice hotel in Amsterdam. Really grateful for Lovisa running and restaurant advice. Close to the central station. Slight downside is the location means it’s not quiet at any point!
