Our family of four stayed in the hotel for three days during March 2013, and we enjoyed our stay. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning (around 7 AM) and were let in to the room immediately without having to wait for the check in hour. The suite was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast satisfying with a typical Argentinian breakfast choice - medias lunas being one of our favourites. The location of the hotel is both the plus and the minus. On the one hand it is very central and close to many sights, on the other the streets outside are dirty and somewhat seedy at night. Excellent pizza take-away across the road. All in all a very pleasant experience, would definitely come back.

This is not actually a hotel, but an apartment. It's really big , well-divided, has great location in the center of the city, near to the shopping area, turistic points such as Colon Theater, to subway and bus stations. The apartment and the furniture are not new, but well conserved, they offer all the basic accessories for day by day life - dishes, linen, dining room and TV room. Althoug it is located in the middle of the center of the city, I didn't find it noisy: no problems to sleep at all. What to improve:The wi-fi connection didn't work so well - there would be many periods of the day without it or with a very slow connection. And the main door was heavy to be openned, what was a trouble for my mother.

“Shabby Chic”

We were given a large suite of rooms - 2 ensuite bedrooms, 2 'lounges' and kitchen area, all comfortable, meaning it was great value for money. The rooms our friends stayed in over looked the busy main street which made sleeping more difficult - but this should be expected in a busy city centre location. Able to walk to all the major sights, but the rooms need a little care and attention. Very helpful staff and free wifi.

“Charming and cheap at a price”

We had a whole suite of rooms, including 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a large kitchen, a foyer, and one bath. Our cost per 3 persons was well under $70 a night US $s.. We had a whole suite of rooms, including 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a large kitchen, a foyer, and one bath. Our cost per 3 persons was well under $70 a night US $s.. We were able to walk to most major attractions. Our room was lacking a hair dryer, which finally arrived on the third night. Our rooms were spacious, charming, but in need of major refurbishment. The beds were good and had clean linens. Mold was permanently embedded in all groutwork in the bath. The front desk was friendly, but it took 3 days to meet the one woman who speaks good English. We speak Spanish, so survived. Hard to say if I would return, due to the unclean appearance. We did feel safe being out at night. The street moneychanger was willing to sell us pesos at a great rate, but we did not trust him; I've learned that they can be trusted. Sorry we used the bank for exchanges.
