First of all, a big shout-out to the front desk manager Alex who was the best, and Alex made our stay such a memorable experience. We stayed 4 nights in the hotel with family, we had 2 rooms, my wife and myself are both Diamond members. We were greeted by Daiana upon check in (they have a separate line for Diamond members), Daiana was so gracious and attentive, she did her best to accommodate our room requests despite the hotel being full the first night. The excellent and attentive service continued on the second day when the front desk manager Alex came looking for us because of a room request we made the night of arrival which we had totally forgotten. Alex was simply the best, very professional and attentive, Alex even took his time to take us to check out the other room to see if we were satisfied with the new room before we committed to the change of the room. Alex also followed up with us during the rest of the stay to make sure everything was good, Alex was patient and went above and beyond with all our inquiries and special requests. Thank you so much Alex! Also Martin at the concierge was great, Martin took his time to assist us with our request at the concierge, thank you Martin. As Diamond members we had access to the 8th floor executive lounge. The lounge was beautiful and expansive, provides Happy-hour snack food from 6-8 pm, has a pool table, and all the personnel in the lounge were very attentive. We used the gym on the 7th floor which has brand new equipment and weights, spacious and clean. There was also a heated outdoor pool next to the gym. The breakfast at the El Faro restaurant first floor was wonderful and expansive, had all the tasty food and also healthy choices. The lounge also provides breakfast with less choices and more private ambiance. The basic rooms were all expansive, with in-wall universal adapter which was a big plus (not even the Belmond hotel das Cataratas had this feature), modern design, and a huge sofa to relax in the room. The one-bedroom executive suite was simply impressive, with a separate living room and plenty of seating area which can accommodate 8 people when we had family members came to visit us in the hotel. TV was high definition. Safe box was easy to use. Bathrooms had double sink and plenty of countertop space. Elevators were modern and plenty, with view of the elegant lobby. The hotel also has a large covered entrance which made arriving and departing so convenient. The hotel had excellent location in Puerto Madero, a short walk to El Puente de la Mujer (Woman's bridge) and Casa Rosada (President's office), with plenty of restaurants and fast food around the area, and busting nights on weekends along the riverside. In my opinion this hotel is at the level of luxury Conrad hotels in the US. We also stayed at the luxury Belmond Hotel das Cataratas and Gran Melia Iguazu during our trip, and I would definitely put our Hilton stay experience on par or even above the other two hotels.

We had a fantastic four-day stay at the Hilton Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero) this August, and the incredible warmth and professionalism of the staff made our trip truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Daiana at the front desk set the tone for our stay with a huge, welcoming smile. Despite the hotel being completely full, she went above and beyond to make sure our family had two rooms on the same floor so we could stay close together. She even made a special note for the morning team regarding an upgrade! Our room for the first night was fantastic, offering a spectacular city view. The high level of service continued the next day when Alex, the Front Desk Manager, personally came to greet us in the lounge to walk us over to our upgraded suite. Alex’s attention to detail is truly amazing—he made a point to warmly acknowledge everyone in the lounge. Towards the end of our trip, Alex remembered that we had requested a late check-out for an evening flight. He personally tracked us down and went the extra mile to secure a late check-out for both our room and our friends' room. On top of that, Martin at Concierge service was super attentive. He made sure everyone was comfortable and effortlessly handled all of our arrival, exit, and transportation needs. If you are visiting Buenos Aires, this is the place to stay. Daiana, Alex, and the entire team deliver world-class service with a genuine, personal touch. We will definitely be back!
