I had the most interaction with Matais but they were both very helpful. My room was clean, Small, but quaint. I really did like the location. I think if they could fix the loud slamming doors it would’ve been pretty perfect. I WOULD RECOMMEND

“Perfect for an overnight stay”

Great staff. Very helpful, particularly Mateo, he was super helpful when I was having problems with Uber. Coffee and water fountain free at reception. Lovely clean hotel, comfy bed, great shower. The room was a little on the small side, hence I was glad to only be staying one night. Great location … more

“negligence or just no interest to details?”

The good thing about the hotel is its location. No breakfast, complimentary tea/coffee though. Everything else is very-very-very average. But it would have been ok, as I am not very picky, had I not been deeply disappointed by the attitude. I booked a twin bed room. I specifically noted how important it is for me. I wrote multiple times to the hotel - no answer. I sent my friend I get my request right. The hotel assured them they were aware of the request. Yet, when I arrived, there was no twin bed room. There was no twin beds on the second day until the evening, and when I did receive two beds, there was no second set of towels in the room, until I requested it. I would like to mention that I booked a twin bed room for all days of my stay and I got BILLED for a twin bed room for all days of my stay. Not a word of apology or an offer to get the difference in rates between a one bed room and a twin bed room for the first three days that I did not get what I had booked. Moreover, on the day of my arrival I paid half of the total amount. And decided to wait with the second half until I get my two beds. When I did, I said I was ready to pay the rest. And... I got billed for ALL the amount, despite the fact that I had already paid for 50% of the total. It is only thanks to my Credit company that did not allow me to pay this sum. When I told the hotel I had paid 50% and showed the proof of payment, suddenly the hotel found my first payment and I got billed only for the rest 50%.
