“a good option but not 5 star-service”
The hotel may be the best option in Formosa. However, it is not a true 5 star hotel. Worn-out rooms and facilities, old towels, stained chairs. The restaurant has limited options, only one dish for vegetarians.

“Refreshing facilities in the hot Formosa city.”
This is basically the only moderately upscale hotel in Formosa, and fortunately they don't exercise its monopoly power, as prices are in line with hotels of similar category in the region. Until recently, there was only one reasonable hotel in Formosa. This hotel is the best option for a comfortable stay. Staff is helpful and friendly.
