This hotel is a little gem in Puerto Iguazu. The room was a beautiful space, so well designed & appointed. It looked straight out into the jungle and was just a short stroll to the pool & restaurant. The menu was perhaps somewhat limited but the food quality was excellent & the breakfast was lovely as well. We had to check out very early on our last day & with the restaurant not yet open the hotel prepared breakfast boxes to take with us to the airport which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Manuel & Umberto at the pool area, two super great guys 👏

“Great location for iguazzo, staff so helpful”

Great location for either the Brazilian or Argentine side of iguzza. The hotel food is very reasonable and wonderful. Room are airy. Large and spotless. Good value for money and nothing too much trouble

Sadly this could be a great hotel if they didn't cut corners everywhere. The air conditioner in my room barely works and I've murdered about 50 mosquitoes in my room so far. What kind of a four-star hotel puts one bottle of water in a room for their customers when you know you can't drink the water… more

They cut corners everywhere sadly this could be a great Hotel if they bother to fix the air conditioner maybe it needs coolant and they're too cheap to put it in. The room temperature is barely inhabitable. I'm staying here for a week so tomorrow I will go out and buy some heavy duty insect repellent cuz the last thing I want on my vacation is malaria. The room is actually very nice but I have to keep the windows covered overlooking a beautiful balcony because the air conditioner just barely works. Sad because this hotel can be something if management was competent or not ambivalent about the quality of hotel room they are giving their customers. When I got into the room it was 26.5 c but it was very hot outside and after 4 hours of letting the air conditioner run and turning off all the lights it's only 23.5 Celsius which would be hotter than the standard temperature inside my house. There will be no sleeping with covers even with the fan on the room is only slightly comfortable. Whatever you do don't get the sweets because they smell like mold I looked at them before when I was here in November but my air conditioner actually worked then. I would not stay here again the Doubletree in Brazil in Iguazu was 200% better. This hotel is so cheap they don't even print out menus so if you opt not to take your cell phone with you to the bar there's no menu. The basic thing they could do is present one menu and then put it on permanent display so that you can see what the cost of drinks and food were. The jacuzzi is out of commission and has been out of commission for God knows how long but they don't actually have one because it doesn't work. The swimming pool is totally fantastic and the highlight of this Resort. They give you complimentary drink of some cheesy orange juice passion fruit juice combo cuz they're too cheap to give you a complimentary wine or beer they just cut corners everywhere in it is abundantly clear that this hotel runs on the bottom line policy. I would stay here again if they bother to fix the air conditioner but with the condition that it's in as far as the temperature there's just no justification for returning. Sadly this is my second time at this hotel and I thought it it had the possibility of being a phenomenal Resort.
