“Great Location”
Hotel is located in an excellent area and very central for everything you need in Brisbane. The room is small but good value for the price we paid. Staff are friendly as well as attentive and responsive. Overall we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

“Relaxation in the heart of the city”
The location was excellent, close to retail, restaurants and attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable. “driving here is a hassle”
The entrance is very confusing. You have to turn left into what appears to be a pedestrian-only walkway to reach the hotel, but this is not clearly explained on the Hyatt Brisbane website.
