“Amazing hotel and staff”

“Great service at the bar from Ruby and Titud”
Superb service at the Apron bar from Ruby and Titus. They were so welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the wonderful food, and the drinks. The hotel itself was the usual high standard of Pullman. Comfortable bed and clean, spacious room. We will come again.

“Two drink coupon executive lounge. Cheap effort.”
Disappointed in my stay. Checkin is via a screen feels cheap. I know you say some people prefer it. Then put it away from the checkin desk not between me and the person ar the desk.
