“A very nice Motel”
Our stay from 14th-17th April 26 at Avlon Gardens Motel Ballina was excellent. Very clean spacious room, beds & lounge very comfortable, kitchenette a great asset, (not many have this option) bathroom clean with a great shower, lots of hot water. “Best motel”
Best motel I've stayed in by far very clean rooms great showers good pressure & actual hot water ample parking staff were very accommodating for my needs stayed for 3 nights for a work trip.. would recommend this place to anybody travelling thru

“Clean, quiet, friendly, accommodating staff”
We booked three rooms last minute and the owners were helpful and accommodating. Reasonably priced, the rooms were clean and quiet and the kids loved the pool. Within walking distance to Ballina bowlo for a decent feed. Bonus for bird lovers - a really cute friendly parrot lives in reception.
