The room was clean and comfortable with lots of space to move around and a decent size balcony. “Good Value for an APARTMENT with the LOT but needing some TLC”
The Good bits- room 308 is a 2 Bed Apartment on the 3rd Floor. Magificent views up and down the Richmond River from the Huge Balcony. Small wharf on the river edge with boats coming and going. “Balcony with no view ”
Check in was quick and easy. My room 107, Was clean and tidy, but very dark. The balcony was huge, but the view was not very pleasant. The back of shops. Secure parking was provided. No room service. I am glad I only stayed one night with the view I had.

Interesting. Had some great elements, some average elements and some not so good points. There are a number of different apartment types on offer and we had the cheaper non river facing rooms (cheaper). You pay more for the better views, but it is good to have choice.
