“Friendly, safe and quiet”
As a woman travelling on my own, I can recommend this hotel. The rooms above the pub and restaurant are well sound proofed and I was not disturbed by any noise. I enjoyed my meal in the pub restaurant. The room was very clean. All in all a successful stopover on my drive from Hervey Bay to Sydney.

Fresh, Clean and tidy rooms Only downfall is no aircon unfortunately, but it just means you get to sit down stairs longer and drink 🤷♀️ Staff were amazing

I had a lovely night at the Pier Hotel, a very friendly welcome and a quiet, comfortable room. The pub is small, with a nice old-world vibe. “Drinks were cold, the food was excellent and staff friendly. The Nepalese curry was great. The atmosphere hospitable.”
We grabbed a seat at the window in the wine bar area which was great before making our way to the rear dining area for dinner. Every staff member was friendly, the place was clean and inviting.
