“EXCEPTIONAL”
Exceptional customer service! We felt like we were at our home in Sydney and the entire staff made us feel comfortable and welcome! It felt like we had made friends and they really cared about our well being,

“Great stay”
Stayed in the one-bedroom apartment and it was great. Amazingly quiet especially given the prime location, really good mattress. Light (plenty of windows). Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

“A reasonable hotel in a good location”
This hotel is very convenient to Central station, and a very short walk to Chinatown, Darling Harbour, UTS and Broadway shopping centre. The 2BR apartment was clean and spacious enough for the 4 of us, though a little tired and worn.

“Very convenient but tired”
The hotel was very convenient to my work. I would stay again - spacious accommodation, but very tired and the shower/bath combo is quite frankly dangerous, and the shower head not adjustable. The hotel is 2 block from Spice Alley, 2blocks from the light rail, and next to the station. I was worried … more

“Business Trip”
Overall the 1 bedroom apartment seemed "tired" and in need of a refresh. Carpet was worn and stained, and the tiles in the shower had mouldy grout. The TV's were either too small (in the living room), or didn't have all the free to air channels (bedroom).
