I don't know how your board at the front of the park on has 4.5 stars. It's 5 all the way. As the Blues Brothers once said, 'this place has everything'. I'm a bit sad our kids are in their 20s now, as they would have loved this place. So much to do - massive pool and splash park with slides, mini golf, volleyball, soccer pitch, animal farm, daily activities down by the pool, friendly and the hardest working staff I've ever seen (there working till well after dark) and food trucks most nights Beautiful surroundings to wake up to. Only slight negative were those birds and their annoying cry at times. Maybe that's why missing the half a star. A 10 out 10! Will be back at some stage!

Lots to do for the kids and handy to have Woolworths and a few shops near by, and the bus stop. But be aware you are a 10m drive from Airlie and not much around. Lots to do for the kids and handy to have Woolworths and a few shops near by, and the bus stop. But be aware you are a 10m drive from Airlie and not much around. The staff are mostly really friendly and helpful. My only real issue is the cabins and pool area - both quite dated and in need of some TLC. Definitely doesn’t look as bright and colourful as the website pictures. Our air con smelt of damp / mould, the shower nearly peeled my skin off and it just all felt a little old. We’ve stayed at a few big 4a before and just feel a little disappointed in this one.

“Not worth the money unfortunately.”

I would have honestly preferred to stay in a standard hotel where I could have had housekeeping daily and closer to Airlie beach town. I would have honestly preferred to stay in a standard hotel where I could have had housekeeping daily and closer to Airlie beach town. We were there for 5 nights and our room did not get cleaned once. The door of the bathroom was broken, the shower head had absolutely no power. There is free mini golf and tennis, however you have to pay for tennis ball and golf balls. I know it’s not much but when you pays almost $500 a night it’s the little things. I have been to other big 4 where they have lots of fun activities at night such as bingo but all the kids could do was a movie night at 7:15 which is quite late and for some of the movies that were showing it was too dark for them to see the screen. The sensory room was amazing though. My kids loved it.
