Lovely owners/ staff very friendly, Room older but very clean. Rsl across the road close for meals, close to straddie ferrie, felt safe travelling mum and son

“Great location, friendly staff and very clean”
My stay at Bay Air was mostly business related. I was very surprised, when getting ready for business appointments, the shower did not have any hot water. Even though it was the middle of summer, a cold shower is not what I'm used to in the mornings.
