“Satisfying stay”
The unit had everything you need. Housekeeping was a little hit and miss (cobwebs and previous tenants medications still in drawers). I enjoyed the stay. Location isn’t bad.

“Excellent location on the river”
Have stayed here a few times and have enjoyed the visits. Quick and friendly check in and nice location next to the Ross river. Public pool a few metres away which is free and a bonus, with a small pool for residents to use. All rooms have facilities for cooking as well.

Been staying here at least once a year for the last 8 years. I had some issues with the unit we stayed in Jan 2025. “Great service and location”
We used these apartments to accommodate staff. The managers went out if their way to assist us with our room requirements. Its a great location, rooms are spacious and super clean. We highly recommend.

“Really great place to stay!”
I had a great time staying at Itara Apartments for a few weeks recently. The staff are so kind and I found the location really good for getting around Townsville. The apartments are clean and full of everything needed for a lengthy stay. Highly recommend staying here!
