“Great re-furb for an old traditional bush hotel”
The motel units on the second story of this old hotel are excellent and, at $120 per night, very good value. The refurbishment adds a lift, so elderly tourists will have no problems with the usual stairs in hotels. It would not be true of all units, I imagine, but we were given a unit with a balc… more

“Centre of town”
Comfortable rooms above the pub. Rooms are large and clean and nicely decorated. Huge balcony with large outdoor dining set. Pub downstairs good for a lovely meal. Noise from smokers area below was head, but it didn’t disturb me.

We expected the Australian to be your usual hotel accommodation over a noisy pub. Not so, the accommodation is clean, modern & tasteful. “Back again and more than happy.”
Beaut service, close to all services. Good restaurant but very limited menu however that should be expected as Daby is not a large town. Rooms are large and very tasteful. As a stop over I recommend it.

“Does the Job”
Spacious room above the pub very well appointed including both shower and separate bath Enormous balcony overlooking the front. Bed large and very comfortable good quality bedding and pillows much better than I ext in a country towngood for a overnight stop
