“Great place to stay in Emerald”
We are a family traveling on a road tip around Oz. We had a great experience during our time in emerald spending 2 nights in a queen family Apartment. The rooms are clean & comfortable. The staff friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

“Poor service. This place could be awesome”
Stayed here for almost 4 weeks and the unit was only serviced twice and one of those times I had to ask for it. Bins weren’t emptied, nothing was cleaned. WiFi stopped working halfway into my stay. Asked multiple times to get it fixed and nothing was done about it. Tiny old TV. Flimsy venetian blin… more
