Just back from another magical stay at Turtle Cove, and I can honestly say it remains one of the most special places on earth. The moment you arrive, the stress of the outside world simply melts away. There are so few places left where you can truly relax, be yourself, and connect with like-minded people in such a welcoming, private and safe environment. Turtle Cove is all of this. The team here always go above and beyond. They’re not only warm and hospitable but also have a wonderful way of bringing everyone together, creating such a friendly and communal atmosphere. I had wondered if the recent changes might affect the shared dining experience, but it’s actually better than ever. Meals feel like family gatherings, with guests from all around the world coming together, sharing stories, and forging friendships. Turtle Cove really is our little slice of paradise, and it’s so important that we continue to support it so it stays that way for years to come. I can’t recommend it highly enough and I’m already counting down the days until my next visit.

It’s my new favourite place in the whole world! Location is perfection! The staff welcome you with open arms and do everything to make sure you’re enjoying your holiday! Cannot recommend this place enough!

“Great Concept But Not Well Maintained Or Serviced”

Great concept but a little tired and run down now. Staff are very friendly but quite inefficient. Half-hearted attempts to service the room resulted in no made bed and way too many towels. No coffee (had to request some), no replacement shower gel (tiny tube only lasted two days), iced up freezer. … more

Great concept but a little tired and run down now. Staff are very friendly but quite inefficient. Half-hearted attempts to service the room resulted in no made bed and way too many towels. No coffee (had to request some), no replacement shower gel (tiny tube only lasted two days), iced up freezer. The room was high end beach front yet it was very run down and quite dirty (see photos). I had to ask for a replacement pillow as it was extremely stained. The old mattress left me with neck and back pain the entire week. Springs poking through, disguised with a mattress topper. Moth eaten drapes, rusted overhang causing a curtain of water when it rained. Breakfast was reasonable when there were supplies - had to ask for milk (only got lactose-free), salt, sugar. Got an odd answer when we asked if we can use one of the barbecues of, "Yes and no" with a convoluted explanation about changes happening the following month that made no sense. Not worth the discussion so, we just ate out. A little more care is needed in maintaining this place and training to staff on how to service rooms. Beware the peacock who may try to steal your food.
