This place is not in the CBD, but the view across the city, the bridge, the Derwent River, Storm Bay, and across to Bellerive makes it all worthwhile. Great unit, even though we didn't have any sea/city view. Spacious 2 level unit, AC downstairs, the AC struggled to get the rooms upstairs cool, so we had to sleep with window open. “Recommend this place!”
Only stayed one night however the place was clean, reception was a breeze (lady at front desk was lovely as well) and lovely location! Could not fault it. I would recommend this place. Stayed at villa 5
