“Great customer service and good location”
Attended here for a friend's 50th birthday party. Hotel pub was busy in the restaurant. Party held in the function room was well organised, food and bar were great, staff were friendly and approachable. Great value. There was plenty of security around so felt safe.

“Would not recommend.”
The room was very dated. Dirty carpet. Curtains falling off the rods. Shower works well but not much else to redeem this experience.

“Basic accommodation for short stay”
There is no restaurant or bar on site but there is a toaster, fridge and small microwave in the room plus tea/coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery. Most meals were taken off site. We stayed for a week but felt this was better suited for 1 or 2 nights for business travellers.

“Very, Very, Very Noisey ! They need to get some advice on "Sound Deading" there are option, acoustic sealing tiles !”
A family catch up. Staff were friendly. One meal arrived as battered fish not grilled fish. We had all finished our meals and the replacement meal had not arrived. It had to be asked for.
