Straight opposite the markets and surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants. Short stroll to the Lygon st and tram was just around the corner. Really nice and comfy hotel. Easy to access from the CBD and Vic Market. Felt safe while I was there as a solo traveller and the room was always clean and tidy when I came back.
