“Good value accommodation”
A large comfortable room and spotlessly clean. Mini kitchen for snack preparation large modern TV, king size comfortable bed, effective aircon. Met all requirements. Weekend car parking discounted to $10 per night at adjacent metro carpark.

“Very handy for the business traveller”
The best feature is the location. For an overnight business trip to Perth, everywhere I needed to go was walking distance. Unfortunately their restaurant was closed.
