“Fantastic”
This is our second time this year and can't fault the staff or room, staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay

“A very pleasant stay”
We had a very nice room with verandah and river view. Room was great. Meals were lovely. Staff were excellent.

“Comfortable room but not inspiring service”
The hotel itself is very comfortable although adjoining walls need some extra noise insulation. The view over the river is also very nice. However, their booking process and staff training left us underwhelmed with a lot of miscommunication and repeated, robotic 'I understand' responses when issues… more
