First hotel ever where staff have acted on the concerns of a customer and changed things. We booked for two nights, and due to a change of circumstances, we had to add an extra night. We're told that we would have to move rooms as the additional night couldn't be added to the original booking. We were given a room on the top floor and unfortunately due to building works it was noisy and our compliant was dealt with straight away. There was a slight issue with a dirty toilet, but it was seen to immediately, and we were given complimentary parking as a result. The restaurant is good for a really great breakfast. Unfortunately, some customers were not using the right utensils to serve themselves, i.e., mixing gluten-free with other good stuff. We spoke to who I suppose was the head chef, and he was brilliant and made sure it would not happen again. He even made my wife, who is a coeliac a special breakfast on our last day. A big thank you to Emmi Benson and the head chef (who's name I didn't get but had a beard and sligh grayish hair)for taking on board our suggestion and dealing with our concerns

“Nice Hotel great location”

This Hotel is in a very good position in the Perth CBD you can walk to everything you might like to see. I stayed here with my husband for 2 nights this week. This Hotel is in a very good position in the Perth CBD you can walk to everything you might like to see. I stayed here with my husband for 2 nights this week. Our room was good as it had 2 double beds and this is the main reason I booked this hotel plus the location of course. There was a problem however with the bathroom in which the water pressure of the hand basin and shower were both terrible, the water in the basin also took ages to drain away and the shower did not drain entirely it had a pool of water each time it was used if you were trying to wash long hair you would be hours because the the water pressure. The value is what you would expect for a hotel room in the City but not as expensive as some. The overall cleanliness was okay but again in the bathroom were marks all around the shower screen floor which looked liked calcium and rust so I felt it needed a deep clean We didnt book in until 3pm or a little after and the house person said he had just finished our room but when we entered there was some paper or the likes still on the floor, just a little but he had just cleaned? We had no problems with noise levels and the staff were very nice. as for the amenities there was a restaurant attached to the hotel and also for the public and we had dinner there it was nice. They have other amenities but we were just relaxing and walking into the city.

Stayed for a week whilst watching cricket. Hotel is situated in city centre - convienient for shops, tourist areas and transport system. It's fairly standard Holiday Inn offering - room decent with all facilities required and reasonably spacious. Did not try any of the food options - there are plenty of alternatives nearby, but the bar/restaurant appeared busy.

“Average in every way.”

Average Hotel. The lifts were dirty. The room was clean and the receptionist was helpful. They could have had cleaner lobbies.
