“Without Fault”
Having seen some average reviews lately I was nervous about booking but I needed the Scarborough location. Have to say our experience was fantastic. “Nice rooms but breakfast disappointing due to coffee scam.”
Advertised that tea and coffee was provided with breakfast. Only decaffeinated coffee was available as they want you to pay extra for a barista coffee. At least they could have provided instant with the cost of breakfast

“A great value for money!”
The reception team member ( Camila) service is friendly & professional ! Rooms are freshly renovated with beautiful colours and very clean. Just need that swimming pool and outdoor area in working order!

“Fantastic location with views to die for”
Fantastic location with easy access to restaurants and a supermarket Really nice accommodation, clean, spacious and comfortable Onsite parking Well priced Customer service is poor and not a smile in sight I have had to stay here a week and can’t even get a tea bag replenished let alone milk

“Mid Hotel for its price”
