“Perfect location, good staff, nice hotel”
We have been in Helenenburg Hotel & Spa several times already for winter ski vacation - with family as well with group of friends. “Nice stay”
You get good value for your money at this hotel. The owners and staff are very nice and helpful. The location is good and the valley view from the room is very nice. The hotel may be a bit old fasioned, but it is clean. The breakfast buffet is desent.

“Great breakfast, good value”
The price for one night is great compared to others hotels in Bad Gastein. Staff is extremely friendly and speak Slovak, which was a nice small bonus (we are from the Czech republic) :). “Good Views and Friendly Staff”
I stayed here only for one night and was satisfied with my decision to pick this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the views it offered from my 3rd floor room were breathtaking. My room was clean and had a balcony with valley view but otherwise was basic.
