“Walkable location and air conditioning”
Good location that’s within easy walking distance of many Salzburg sights, restaurants, and shops. The room was pretty good, definitely appreciated the AC in July. “Poor facilities”
The bed was really hard and uncomfortable while the pillows were poor quality and very soft.Bad quality laminate on floor. “No show, no refund, no way again”
We found the negative response to our request to cancel one of three nights disappointing. We were fog-bound in Krakow for a day so had to travel a day late but even with as much notice of this as we could offer the hotel refused to refund the room or breakfasts.
