“Awesome family hotel with great food”

We have stumbled on this hotel while we were looking for family hotel close to ski slopes. This hotel fulfilled both. After entering reception breath of family hotel got to us immediately and it stayed during whole stay. So, atmosphere was nice from start. Staff was always supernice, one cleaning lady looked annoyed, but rest of staff was awesome. Food - flawless, we never ate such good food while in all-inclusive and on winter vacation. during all-inclusive hours (8-22?) you can get drinks, cocktails, variety of tea, really good coffee, bier, wine and so on. You get full-board + snacks + drinks in really good quality. Every second they there is themed dinner (Italian, Greek etc). But always you can choose from variety of food, salads, drinks (just lunches have smaller variety - but who cares when you're out skiing most of the time). Small thing we loved is that you get your table for breakfast/lunch/dinner and this table stays yours for rest of travel - sounds not that great, but it is. Cleaniless - We never noticed anything bad, I think it was decent. Noise levels were lowered during night thanks to separation of our area of hotel. Location - hotel was right next to 4,5km red ski slope (and bit shorter black one), you could get to blue ones pretty easily as well. There is also training center for kids next to hotel. Room - Here comes the only "MINUS". Hotel is pretty clear with what you get in room, photos are REALLY accurate, so do not think that it is smaller, in fact are rooms bigger than on photos. BUT do not underestimate it - better get one of "suits" and not "room". Rooms are not well equipted and they are older. Suits (and apartments) are the best that hotel can offer and the slight price difference is not worth being disappointed. We get the Deluxe Family "Room" and there was not even good table to place laptop or drinks on. There was table more for kid to draw or whatever, power plugs were biggest problem - there was not enough of them and they were badly placed in the "living room" - but we managed in the end. We asked if we can check other rooms for next stay - receptionist gave us 3 cards to check "suits" and they were just amazing. The "rooms" should be cheaper in my oppinion or fixed in this matter. But we will be happy to get one of the suits for next year's visit. Anyway, rooms look really nice but power plugs and missing table for placing drinks or notebook are simply missing. Kids have a lot of space to play in hotel, there is also servise to look after the kids (3y+), smaller kids have also space to play (smaller + badly place in floor where you have to take them on stairs, so not direct access - thing to think through and improve). There is aqua space for kids and then swiming pool for adults (with kids) which is connected to outdoor swimming pool (awesome). Spa area is really nice and massages are professional. Sauna area is one of the best in this price-range hotel. I really liked it (has cold and warm outdoor pools - briliant). Finish sauna is really hot as it should. We really enjoyed our time in the hotel and we will return there next year. :-)

“Never easier”

Perfect hotel for families with small children. No need to use the car at all. Once discovered, it becomes the only place you want to stay. Special regards to Mr. Fleissner from Matijevic family 🙈🥰

We read a lot of mixed reviews, but it depends on the price you paid. We booked out of season and paid around 240 eur/night for 2 adults and 2 kids ages 2 and 5. We read a lot of mixed reviews, but it depends on the price you paid. We booked out of season and paid around 240 eur/night for 2 adults and 2 kids ages 2 and 5. For that price level, the hotel was excellent value. Positives: kids club and kids actitivities. The kids are still talking about kids club Tamy and the mascots. There's loads of activities for kids. Room: very spacious and clean. Food: there's a large selection of food available. Wellness: new clean and spacious wellness area. Negatives: some areas of the hotel were very old. Food: the quality of the food wasn't so great. Very salty and pre packaged foods and cakes, plus peak times in a buffet can be a bit wild. But of course, it's relative to the price you pay. For the price we paid, it was still great value and we'd book again out of season.

“Great hotel for skiing”

The hotel is great and staff is very kind. When you exit the hotel you are directly on the ski slope. For afternoon they have great SPA with 3 different saunas and outdoor pools. The hotel is great and staff is very kind. When you exit the hotel you are directly on the ski slope. For afternoon they have great SPA with 3 different saunas and outdoor pools. Food is tasty and great selection of drinks. Also bottled wine for dinner is delicious with fair prices. The only problem was in the bathroom where water temperature changed a lot when somebody in nearby room opened the pipe.
