“Very friendly staff, great location and pleasant stay.”
The hotel is situated within walking distance of the train station and also the old town of Salzburg (maybe 15 minutes). The old town can be reached by walking along the river which is very pleasant. “Okay but rubbish location”
This hotel is 5 mins away from the railway station which is what attracted us to it as we were travelling into the city by train. “Painful checkin process”
Room was ok but the online check-in and out process was painful. Wouldn’t stay again just to avoid this process. I’m sure I’d get familiar with it but would select an alternative
