Visited in March 2026 with 3 friends and this hotel was absolutely perfect. Carolyn made the booking process super efficient and arranged some great room upgrades when we arrived. The hotel has charm and character and the staff are all great. Everything in the hotel is spotless and all rooms were comfortable and spacious. The food could not be faulted at breakfast or dinner and the whole visit was superb for all of us. Congratulations on getting everything right - it's very unusual !

Just got back from a week here. An amazing hotel. Upgraded rooms for all of us. ( Might have had something to do with some of us having been here before) Staff very attentive (***Special shout out to Anna***) Rooms very good, kept very clean. Spacious with plenty of space and storage for all the skiing gear. **Note to housekeeping. We british love ❤️tea in the mornings so extra teabags and milk a must. The robes are very welcome after a day's skiing. Very well done to all the staff 👏 who looked after us all week. Eating full on dinner after Apres Ski is hard (Sorry if we were too loud but we love apres ski) but a must. From the Bird Vanstone Family. 🍷🍻 We'll be back for sure.

“Beautiful hotel, with wonderful staff. Just book it!”

This is such a beautiful hotel. We had a really spacious room, which was immaculate. Bed were so comfortable and a view of the mountain, with church bells everyday, it was a pleasure to wake up there! The staff were great. This is such a beautiful hotel. We had a really spacious room, which was immaculate. Bed were so comfortable and a view of the mountain, with church bells everyday, it was a pleasure to wake up there! The staff were great. I'd like to mention Anna-reception, Anna-waitress, Dani-waitress, David-waiter, Sylvia and Carolyn. You are all excellent at your job; you all create a wonderful atmosphere morning to night! The food, well it was fabulous and plentiful! We loved sitting in lounge playing cards, drinking wine. Plenty bars around too, but I must say this hotel must be the best in town. Please pass on our thanks to everyone.

Excellent stay at the Landhaus Bauer annex, room was clean and bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have slept in. Food was delicious and great choices including vegetarian. The staff are what really made the stay fantastic, they were all so friendly and approachable, it was nice just to chat with them. Special shout out to David who went to extra effort to make sure my vegetarian dishes were ordered in advance each day without me even having to ask. Location was central to all the Saalbach gondola stations and apres too. Fab hotel, would definitely recommend.
