The hotel has a great location for outdoor enthusiasts, very close to cable cars leading to two different hills. The Joker Card is included and can be used twice per day for bikes as well as passengers, however you need to register through an app first. There is no bike storage or changing room, but there is an outdoor bike wash, and bikes can also be rented directly from the hotel. The breakfast is excellent, with many options and a great juice maker. However, during the last 20 minutes of breakfast time, items like yogurt or oranges are often missing and not refilled. It can also get crowded at peak hours, and sometimes you may have to wait for a free table. In contrast, the dinner buffet is quite limited. Only a small salad bar, bread is not always available or refilled, butter is offered only to some tables and we only got it one evening. A selection of cheeses, olives, or sun-dried tomatoes would make a big improvement. The staff are friendly and fast, but there seem to be too few of them for the size of the hotel. The spa area is pleasant, with an outdoor sauna and nice relaxation spaces, but it could be cleaned more regularly, it seems there is no staff member constantly maintaining it. However, charging 25 € per person to access the spa on the last day feels excessive. The rooms are very comfortable, with beautiful views and balconies, plus a small kitchen and coffee machine, which is a great bonus. Overall, this is a nice 4-star hotel, definitely not a 4-star superior. However, the price–performance is reasonable.

The hotel was really nice, clean and the staff friendly. At dinner there were sometimes long waiting times, they kept running out of food and drinks (beer, asparagus,butter, etc.) and it took them a couple of days to have them available again. Also the menu is the same for the whole season and the meat were one time well overcooked and way to chewy. All in all, we had a positive experience. As I said the staff was super friendly. I had one of the best massages ever (however it was finished 5 mins too early).

Overall acceptable, but an average place. We know it's not a cheap hotel so should be better than 3 star for instance. Bed was very uncomfortable, like sleeping in the hamak shape bed. Overall acceptable, but an average place. We know it's not a cheap hotel so should be better than 3 star for instance. Bed was very uncomfortable, like sleeping in the hamak shape bed. Plenty people inside and disorganised breakfast. Dinner at the restaurant - not adequate to the place you eat. You need a decent proper food after skiing and not fine cuisine with unpleasant waiter. Location is not the best if you are skiing as you rely on the bus lift and this is only in certain hours, you can not call and ask for a ride, you must wait in the queue - jus no no. Find a hotel in closer distance to the ski lift and probably even pay less as Glemm is not the cheapest for its quality. On top of that, last day of the stay in the hotel of this class and while skiing you must use common toilet to change and prepare yourself for a trip. No options for people who travel (dayroom etc) at the evening and still want to use last day of vacation - even if i wanted to pay extra - it was not allowed. Shame on such a hotel.
