“Skiing & relax”
Fantastic location directly on the opposite of the cable cabine, after skiing you can go directly to hotel's bar or to the hotel spa. Although destination is in the center, hotel is very quit with pleasant staff and delicious breakfast.

“Top location and super service”
Perfect choice for staying in the city center and next to the lift! We enjoyed our spacey apartment, garage parking, stepping into warm ski boots and 2 min walking to the Planai cable car. After skiing, sauna and relax area in the apartment building was a perfect add-on!

“Fantastic location in the best resort in the world.”
Schladming is a very low resort... 700m skiing up to 2300m. Because of that none (or at least very few) of the British Tour operators touch it. Because of that they are competing for the local Austrian/ German/ Dutch market and the prices are half the price of any of the premium French resorts. We … more

“Barbera makes you happy and your holiday perfect!”
Nice and big appartements with nice bathrooms and a small but very functionel kitchen. Staff at the reception and cleaning was very polite and the all speaks good English. The distance to the city, afterski and lifts are perfect and under 100 meters. An all over very good experiance.
