“Superb hotel”
This is a super hotel. We wouldn't hesitate to return. Superb food, delightful staff, extremely nice room, comfortable bed ( synthetic pillow - bring your own if you prefer feather) no kettle in room but reception happy to arrange if necessary. “In our opinion, the Alpbacherhof is the best for a week of vacation!”
I recently read a review where people complain about certain things at the hotel. The only thing I can agree with is that the towels are a bit thin and washed out (in the rooms, not the SPA towels) and that parts of the hotel are a bit worn out (the long and dingy corridors). “Location wins.”
Location. Location. Location. This is a nice hotel. It’s a bit pricey. But the location is absolutely amazing. The people were also pretty nice and the town is beautiful.
