Very relaxing stay, great location, excellent breakfast, staff all super helpful, big shout out for Gudrun who was immense helping us when one of us needed medical attention in Innsbruck

2nd time back and didn't falter. Lovely hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. As always fabulous food and drink (nearly better than the snow!) Gudrun is brilliant - she really does look out for you. Nice hotel with good location. Large room with good beds. BUT breakfast to late (open at 8) and we were very negative to the smokingroom that gives the hotel a bad smell and make a nice, relaxingroom unavailable for non-smokers.
