The rooms were nice and very clean. The staff are mostly danish seasonal workers who delivered their best, top marks to them! We retired to Hotel Grischuna in January after visiting 3 years ago. The original trip (skiers and snowboarders) was fondly remembered for the fantastic service, friendly staff and great hotel eg breakfast and spa area but the return was even better. “Clinical Hotel”
Hotel Grischuna has lots of teething problems at the start of the season. Staff don't really know what they are doing.
