“Quiet, quiet, quiet !”
Very clean, bright quiet modern hotel with very easy access to the city centre. I cannot fault it. Rooms are a decent size with good facilities and very quiet.

Nice and new hotel, amazing location and close to all. Very happy to find a surprise for our anniversary 🙂 Just for suggestion, it is better to find the fridge with at least 1 bottle of water, not empty. Price for breakfast too much high. For the rest all amazing and nice 😀

“Bed like concrete”
The most hard uncomfortable bed i have ever slept on and that’s from 61 years of experience. Easy solution would be to provide some mattress toppers. The pillows are also awful. Grim dated decor desperately needs an upgrade including a more modern TV Not really what i expected from the Mercure chai… more
