What a fantastic place to stay on our first visit to Vienna. Everything was really excellent. We knew there was no air conditioning so we requested a fan, which came immediately. With the window slightly open and the fan on low, it was pleasantly cool. Excellent location of the hotel, 2 minutes to the M3 metro and a few stops to Stephanplatz. Everything in the room is amazingly thought out, very comfortable and environmentally friendly. The staff is top notch, very friendly and helpful! Thank you!
