I gave the title as such as we found the hotel has many areas where we thought the photos did not do the actual facilities justice. The beautiful spa and relaxing room on top of the swimming pool, we discovered by chance are breathtaking. Swimming in the outdoor pool overlooking nearly 360 degrees of mountains covered in snow was a definite highlight. Rooms are ok, nothing too special but well maintained. Could use a minibar or fridge though, as we were in one of the older rooms booking pretty much last minute, so not offended. Breakfast was excellent in quantity and quality, absolutely nothing to comment about and we have been in many 4 1/2 to 5 star mountain resorts in Tirol. Dinner was also excellent with good variety and in mostly very high quality, except one night were service and food had a bit of a let down....dry beef stew, which could only be digested with plenty of wine from the nice wine list...although I did miss a nice reasonable priced Welschriesling. Nice service from Bjoern in the restaurant and overall professional. We have been regulars in a hotel nearby and only because that hotel was full we decided to give Haller's a try....and absolutely not regret and will from now on be coming back to Haller's...this summer that is. Well done....not easy to convince us moving from our little home away from home to find a new one.

We stayed at Haller's for just under a week; from walking through the door I was completely blown away. A spacious, well appointed suite on the top floor with all the modern amenities that, frankly, was more than adequate for the length of our stay and would have been great for a lengthy stay; perfect when considering the opportunities in the town for skiing or other outdoor pursuits. There was a sizeable living area that doubled as a second bedroom with a healthy level of storage and boasted a seating area and sofa. The master bedroom was equally well equipped with storage and a large, comfortable bed. The hotel also has a fantastic spa; a good selection of saunas with a variety of temperatures and humidities. The 'ruhehaus' - a rest room for time between saunas with recliners - has an outstanding view of the local area with a breathtaking mountainous backdrop. In-keeping with the class of the hotel water, teas and fruit syrup are provided gratis should the sweating get your thirst up. Saving the best till last: the food. The morning buffet is highly varied and caters for every taste and is well stocked with a huge number of healthy foods - perhaps more shocking to an Englishman is that it also served me the best bacon and eggs I've ever had! A large selection of fruit juices as well as local breads, jams and cheeses really rounds off the breakfast selection. Dinner is simply unbelievable. The menu is straightforward and although choice is naturally limited what is on offer is cooked to perfection. Local dishes share the space but do not dominate it and every one of the five courses is simply superb. I cannot begin to describe effectively how much I enjoyed dinner here, just trust me!

“Super hiking stay in Kleinwalsertal”

Ideal for hiking in Kleinwalsertal. Professional and very service minded staff. Delicious food with choises for each course. Nice room with super bed (renovated room). Very nice pool and spa area. However a little more attention and hospitality from the owners would have made it perfect.

A fantastic stay in a fantastic welness hotel. Beautifull location in the Kleinwalsertal. Fantastic mei-als, except the breakfast that has not enough variaties. Very kind personal. We certainly will go back.
