“Great vacation in spectacular place!”
Location is really great - the route to Sarapis lake starts just behind the hotel, as well as few other routes! Cortina is located 10 minutes away from the Hotel. Room is clean and comfortable, breakfast is really tasty. The stuff was very helpful, showed us the main routes on map and gave advices.… more

The hotel was fantastic but the cherry on top was the outstanding service by the gentleman who made sure breakfast ran well as well as dinner in the bistro. Simply fantastic!

“Exceptional staff!”
The customer service here is amazing! My rental car was damaged during a freak hail storm. The manager not only called the rental agent on my behalf, but she also helped me patch up the damage so that I could make it to get a replacement car.
