It is our second vacation here. We loved everything, the facilities , pools( the new pools are super) , saunas, the food both on breakfast and dinner , the location and the views, close to attractions, nice rooms, great staff both on the restaurant , reception, cleaning, the owners, very good service on any level, very good audience , polite and nice. We recommended to our friends and will recommend and come back again. I read some reviews about something wrong in the kitchen , cleaning and etc.. In my opinion and our impression was very good and if something was not proper it was corrected immediately and all with good willing and help and great service and help with smile. Want to thank Lily and the whole team in the restaurant and kitchen both boys and girls, Michaela and the girls in reception, Mario , all the staff and of course the owners for their presence , the atmosphere. The guests also are very nice and all of these contributes to perfect vacation.

“Relaxing and indulgent experience”

It is very hard to find a more exceptional family run hotel than this one. We have come here over the years as a family both in winter and in summer this year and never been disappointed. It is very hard to find a more exceptional family run hotel than this one. We have come here over the years as a family both in winter and in summer this year and never been disappointed. The food is amazing and creative. The bar is fun with amazing cocktails. Afternoon cake offered by the hotel should not be missed. The spa facilities are outstanding with naturally heated pools and various saunas to choose from, even an outside one with an aufguss ritual offered by the hotel. There is a spacious beauty centre with every type of massage (book early as in demand). Kids can use the playroom and the water shoots in the pools and are welcomed. But it is the Pulverer family who make it special by all the little touches not the least being the delightful traditional Carinthian singing in the dining room once a week. The location is stunning and we enjoyed many beautiful hikes. Our offer came with the Kärnten card which gave free access to all the cable cars (and museums) so we could visit and hike the peaks. I look forward to returning.

“Really nice and relaxing vacation”

I was here with my family for about six times. This year we had 3 rooms and everything was excellent again. Very friendly atmosphere, always helpful suff. I visited many hotels all over the world and Pulverer is really exceptional in its approach to guests.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Positives: The lobby and reception area are beautiful and create a great first impression. There is a large parking area conveniently located right next to the hotel. The spa is excellent, with both indoor and outdoor pools, and the towels provided are soft and pleasant to use. The staff were polite, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist. We especially appreciated the reception team’s approach — for example, when the ski storage was not available for all hotel guests, they kindly helped by drying my ski boots for me, which I truly valued. We stayed in a studio, which was spacious and comfortable in terms of size. Negatives: Unfortunately, the room equipment significantly affected our stay. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable — low, worn out, and clearly overused. The pillows were of very poor quality and practically impossible to sleep on. It was honestly a disaster. Even after contacting the reception, the mattress issue was not resolved (although additional pillows were provided). We ended up with back and neck pain, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay. The bathroom was not in the best condition as well. The bathroom sink did not drain properly, the hairdryer did not work at all, and the bidet had almost no water pressure. Most problematic was the narrow bathtub, which made showering nearly impossible because the shower was positioned only a few centimeters from a slanted wall with a very low ceiling. Several expected services were missing. There was no coffee machine in the room, not enough electrical outlets. Slippers were not provided. Towels used in the spa could not be exchanged there, so we had to carry wet towels back to the room until the next day. There was no visible staff at the pools, resulting in a slippery and potentially dangerous wet floor. Information about hotel services and logistics could also have been communicated much more clearly. The shuttle bus, which runs only once every 30 minutes, was completely overcrowded and very uncomfortable (ski bus). The hotel could certainly organize this in a better way, especially during peak season. Dinner and breakfast could also be more varied. Overall, while the hotel has strong potential thanks to its facilities and staff, the room comfort, maintenance issues, and organizational shortcomings were disappointing and require significant improvement.
